While I'm studying I've been also working online jobs like being a computer technician, Discord community moderator, Discord chatter, and a data analyst (Thesis) after I graduate I found a job as a technical support representative, and that's where I'm currently working right now
Based on my experience I've been exploring too many things like programming, server management, customer support representative and network management. everything I've learned is around my environment our computer cafe, university, and in a call center.
I've been also trying photoshop, Java programming, and cisco. The programming language I've learned is HTML, MyPHP, and some Java programming. I hope I'll learn more in the future and develop myself As the years pass by I'm looking for a long-term investment of work and exploration of knowledge

I can take calls and deal with irate person I can also multitask while fixing their problems and I make things possible to understand my insturctions for better clarification. I can also assist anyone that is know quite knowledgable to technology.
I can install printers, computers, servers, and CCTVs I can also repair some computers, reformat and software troubleshooting. I can also install some software and hardware components like RAM, Graphics card, and many more.
I can provide data I collect, identify, and interprets data sets in order to answer a question or solve a problem. I do excel surveys and data compilation for the research. I do research and compilation of data so that they wouldn't have to ask questions about the problem that we solved.
Based on my experience the thing you have to do their is make sure that your client will have satisfaction on your work. I gave assistance for everything that my client wants and gave the information that they need and answer the question they ask. You can also set the schedule for them and make sure that it's accurate and always having back up plans incase of something came up suddenly.
Being a Forum Administrator is quite challenging because you have to regulate the people on the server and you have to monitor the server in case of turbulence like being flooded by bots, spam, and toxic behavior. Once the client announces something make sure that the people on the forum will understand the announcement so I have to answer too many question in the rest of my shift.
I manage our family business internet cafe, I work their how to manage with people repair computers, server management file backups and unit installation. for this kind of job, I have to make sure that all my programs are functional or usable. Giving the assurance that my guests won't experience hard time connecting, playing games, and frustrated.
